At SaasFilo, we offer digital services that include ready-to-launch SAAS website setups, branding, marketing support, and technical assistance. Due to the customized and non-tangible nature of our services, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be provided.


1. Digital Nature of Services – No Return

All services offered on SaasFilo.com are digital and custom-built for each client. Once a service is initiated, it cannot be returned, revoked, or reused for another customer. Therefore, returns are not applicable under any circumstances.


2. No Refund Policy – Exceptions Apply

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited case outlined below:

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The delivered SAAS website is completely non-functional, and
  • Our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (up to 10 business days), despite all efforts

3. Conditions for Refund Request

To be eligible for a refund under the exception:

  • You must report the issue to order@saasfilo.com within 7 days of final delivery
  • You must provide full details and proof (screenshots, error messages, etc.) of the non-functionality
  • Our team must be given full access and cooperation to attempt fixing the problem

If we determine the issue is due to hosting limitations, domain problems, or third-party interference, the refund will not be issued.


4. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Provided

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You change your mind after placing the order
  • You fail to provide necessary information or delay the project
  • You request features or customizations not included in the original package
  • You experience third-party hosting/domain issues
  • You attempt unauthorized code edits or tamper with the delivered setup
  • You expected marketing or business results that are not guaranteed

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us for a resolution will be considered a violation of these terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny any future service
  • Report the incident to payment gateways
  • Take legal action if necessary
