- Marketing assistance (optional)
- Ongoing technical support via monthly, half-yearly, or annual plans
We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue services at any time.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
3. Ordering & Delivery
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received:
- We begin setup within 2–5 business days
- Complete delivery is made within 10 to 30 days, depending on service complexity
- You will receive access to your SAAS platform via your provided domain
Any delays caused by missing information or client inaction are not our responsibility.
4. Use of Licensed Scripts
SaasFilo uses properly licensed third-party scripts to build your SAAS solutions. These are customized to match your brand and business needs.
We do not disclose the origin or third-party source of the scripts used, and customers are not authorized to resell or redistribute the delivered script or product.
5. Customer Responsibilities
As a client, you are responsible for:
- Providing a working domain and hosting (or purchasing it through us)
- Supplying your business name, logo, and branding details
- Following applicable laws and ethical practices when operating your SAAS website
- Not copying or reselling the delivered work unless expressly permitted
6. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided based on your selected plan (monthly, half-yearly, or yearly). Support includes:
- Bug fixes and basic technical help
- Excludes major redesigns or third-party code edits unless specified
For urgent or out-of-scope requests, additional charges may apply.
7. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all sales are final.
Refunds will only be provided in cases where:
- The delivered script is non-functional and
- Our team is unable to fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted to order@saasfilo.com within 7 days of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, custom design work, and content delivered to you remain your property once the project is complete and paid in full. However, the core software remains licensed and may not be redistributed, copied, or resold.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or duplicate our provided scripts
- Share unauthorized access to the delivered platforms
Violation may result in termination of service without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
SaasFilo shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Website downtime due to third-party hosting issues
- Customer misuse, misconfiguration, or unauthorized code edits
- Marketing performance or business outcomes after delivery
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service.
